8/7/84 Page -11- <br /> Craig Krueger, McStain Mr. Krueger stated that he didn't have an <br /> Enterprises opportunity to nest .with Director Karl Kasch <br /> and look at the figures as to what single <br /> family and multi-family water demands are. <br /> They have a meeting scheduled for Thursday <br /> morning. Requested that this ordinance be <br /> tabled until next Council meeting. Is didn't <br /> fool that waiting 2 weeks for council to vote <br /> on it would hurt anything. <br /> Mr. Krueger felt that if the City rushed in- <br /> to this it could have some effects on the <br /> cost of housing and put that cost on the type <br /> of housing that really isn't creating the <br /> demands. <br /> Mayor Meier continued the public hearing and <br /> asked if there were any council questions. <br /> None. <br /> Director of Public Works Kasch stated that <br /> his orginal recommendation on this ordinance <br /> for the multi-family increase be 80% which <br /> would Include outside irrigation. He also <br /> stated that he had some figures and Mr. <br /> Krueger had some on the demand for multi- <br /> family and due to the moratorium would like <br /> to go over these with Mr. Krueger again; - <br /> ORDINANCE NO. 832 - TABLED Councilman Cussen moved, Councilwoman Morris <br /> seconded that Ordinance No. 832 - Multi-Family <br /> Water and Sewer Tap Fee Increase be tabled <br /> until the next regular Council meeting. <br /> All in favor. Motion carried unanimously. <br /> ORDINANCE NO. 836 - LIQUOR Councilmembera had a copy of the Ordinance; <br /> LICENSE FEE INCREASE Attorney Rautenstraus read it by title only <br /> on second reading with a public hearing <br /> scheduled and certified proper publication. <br /> Mayor Meier opened the public hearing and <br /> Attorney Rautenstraus certified proper pub- <br /> lication of the public hearing notices. <br /> Mayor Meier continued the public hearing and <br /> asked if there were any public comments for <br /> or against Ordinance No. 836 - none. <br /> Public questions - none. <br /> Council questions or comments - none. <br /> Mayor Meier closed the public hearing. <br />
