411 lip REGULAR MEETrNG • • I. •. The City Council of the City of Louisville met in regular session in the Council Chambers, 749 Main Street, Louisville, Colorado. Mayor Meier called the meeting to order at 7:31 P.M. and the following persons were presents COUNCILMEMBERS: Rick Luce, Susan Morris, Herman Fauson, Betty Johnson, John Leary and Michael Cussen ALSO PRESENT: John Rupp, Acting City Administrator Curt Rautenstraus , City Attorney August Hioco, Director of Community Services Kirk Ramsey, Engineer II Sharon Asti-Caranci, Director of Financial Services Rod Leesman, Director of Public Safety Cleo Mudrock, City Clerk ABSENT: William Heeson, City Treasurer APPROVAL OF THE CONSENT AGENDA Councilwoman Morris requested that the regular Remove Regular Agenda agenda be revmoved from the consent agenda. Councilman Luce moved, Councilwoman Johnson seconded that the Consent Agenda be approved as amended. All in favor. Motion carried unanimously. APPROVAL OF THE REGULAR AGENDA Councilwoman Morris requested that Item 11A Combine Items IIA, I1G with Memo - Traffic/Safety - Louisville Elementary Item nC School be moved up to join Item 9 C - Louis- ville Elementary School - Parent/Teacher Group Discussion since they are related items and there are a number of residents present to speak. Acting City Administrator Rupp suggested that Item 11 C - Cost Estimate - Sidewalk on Hutchinson St. also be moved up since this a related item if Council so desired. Mayor Meier moved, Councilman Fauson seconded that the regular agenda be approved as amended. All in favor. Motion carried unanimously. PUBLIC COMMENTS None RESCHEDULE NOVEMBER 6, 1984 Mayor Meier moved, Councilwoman Johnson seconded CITY COUNCIL MEETING - GENERAL that the regular meeting of City Council be ELECTION rescheduled until Wednesday, November 7, 1984. Councilwoman Morris stated that she has a con- flict on Wednesdays, would not be able to attend. All in favor. Motion carried unanimously.
