Luce seconded <br /> with an amendment. Luce moved to amendment the <br /> notion in that if the 1 cant sales tax increase <br /> ballot issue passes at the November 5th, 1,85, <br /> General Municipal Election, the City would agree <br /> to drop the increase back to the 70 rate of $.572 <br /> mills. Mayor Meier seconded the amendment to the <br /> motion. The amendment was carried. <br /> $y roll call, Council approved the property tax <br /> increase as outlined by the Truth in Taxation <br /> Procedure set forth by State Statute and as <br /> amended 6-1 with tauson voting no. <br /> 1 SOLUTIOM 026 - <br /> TAc LEVY FOR 1,85 Bundler stated that in order to certify the new <br /> mill levy approved by Council, Resolution #26, <br /> Series 1905, must be adopted.
