Mayor tauson presented the school with a <br /> proclamation and Governor Richard Lamm attended <br /> the ceremony. <br /> COUNCIL WORK SESSIONS Eundley reminded Council of scheduled Work <br /> Sessions for February 13 and February 27 to <br /> discuss water issues and Council's goals <br /> respectively. There is a Van Tour of City <br /> Facilities scheduled for staff and Council on <br /> February 9th and a joint Planning Commission/ <br /> City Council Meeting it for February 25th. <br /> EXECUTIVE SESSION Council adjourned to Executive Session at 9:17 <br /> p.m. Handley noted that the Executive Session <br /> concerns an issue of negotiations. <br />
