S. 36
Interchange. They are requesting the annexation
of approximately 117 acres currently in Boulder
County to the City of Louisville. 35 acres are
north of the Interchange and approximately 12
acres are south of the Interchange. Mayor Pauson confirmed that Council
still say choose to consider the request.
Szymanski asked if there were any agreements with
nearby communities that this proposed annexation
would violate.
flundley explained that there wars no current
agreements with the Town of Superior. Be further
stated that the prior Council did take action
indicating that Council did want to develop an
agreement with the Town of Superior that would
restrict or limit the City of Louisville from
annexing south of Highway 36 and limiting superior
for annexing north of Highway 36. But this
agreement was never ratified by both parties.
Mayor Pauson moved that the Biella/Menkick
annexation and Boning request be referred to the
4
