Wanush explained that when the Adventist Health <br /> Systems first requested review by the Planning <br /> Commission Commercial Business (CB) was requested. <br /> Planning Commission in reviewing this approved the <br /> CB toning with conditions. In their deliberations <br /> they were concerned that in the event that for <br /> whatever reason the Beelth Center wasn't <br /> constructed, they did not what to see this CB sons <br /> for that site nor did they want to see the land <br /> transferred without being able to have some <br /> public overview of the ultimate use of the site. <br /> The Commission directed staff to attach Conditions <br /> to the CB zoning. Staff produced these conditions <br /> in draft form and met with representatives of the <br /> Health Care Systems. As a result of these <br /> discussions, both parties came to the conclusion <br /> that the intent of the Commission could best be <br /> met by have this zoned Agricultural. Both the <br /> applicant and staff support the Agricultural <br /> zoning. <br /> Szymanski stated that the Agricultural zoning is <br /> in the best interest of the City and was happy to <br /> see that this could be worked out to the <br /> satisfaction of both the applicant and the City. <br /> Mayor raason roved that Ordinance 6920 be placed <br /> out for publication and a public hearing be held <br /> at a Special Meeting on November 25. 1986. <br /> Szymanski seconded. Approved unanimously. <br /> (Councilmen Sackett and Anderson rejoined the <br /> meeting. ) <br /> AMENDMENT TO CITY/COOWTY AGREHMERT - SOUTH BOULDER ROAD <br /> PROJECT Bundley stated that on May 22, 1986, the City of <br /> Louisville entered into an Agreement with Boulder <br /> County wherein Boulder County would provide <br /> $450,000 to the City from the County's BB 1405 <br /> monies for the widening of South Boulder Road from <br /> Washington Ave. to McCaslin Blvd. Inasmuch as the <br /> City experienced difficulty in acquiring immediate <br /> possession of the property and that the original <br /> agreement reflected completion of the road by the <br /> end of 1986, the County Commissioners requested an <br /> Addendum to the Agreement to reflect completion by <br /> July 31, 1987, in which case they will then <br /> forward the 0450,000 to the City. <br /> Anderson asked if there were a problem and the <br /> project couldn't be completed by July 31, 1987, <br /> what action would be taken. Rautenstrauâ–  stated <br /> that the City would ask for an extension.
