Mayor Fauson <br /> called the meeting to order at 7:30 p.m. and the following persons were <br /> present: <br /> Councile*bers: Bob Szymanski, Steve Anderson, Randy Carnival, <br /> Alan Scarpella, Mike Mohr and John Sackett <br /> Staff present: Terry Hundley, City Administrator <br /> Curt Rautenstraus, City Attorney <br /> Tom Phare, Director of Public Works <br /> Rod Leesman, Director of Public Safety <br /> Robert xrisko, Director of Community Services <br /> Rich Wanush, Director of Community Development <br /> Also present: Pam Ferris, City Clerk <br /> William Reason, Treasurer <br /> Absent: Sharon Asti-Caranci, Director of Financial Services <br /> APPROVAL OF <br /> THE AGENDA Mayor Fauson asked for any changes to the Agenda. <br /> None. Mayor Fauson roved that the Agenda be <br /> adopted as submitted. Unanimous. <br /> APPROVAL OF <br /> CONSENT CALENDAR Mayor Fauson asked for any changes to the Consent <br /> Calendar. None. Mayor Fauson moved that the <br /> Consent Calendar be adopted as submitted. <br /> Unanimous. <br /> CONSENT CALENDAR: A. Approval of Minutes <br /> B. Approval of Bills <br /> C. Approval of Liquor License Renewal - <br /> Track Inn <br /> D. Approval of Change Order I1 - waste Water <br /> Treatment Plant <br /> REGULAR BUSINESS: <br /> PRESENTATION/REQUEST - COLORADO TRIBUTE TO <br /> VETERANS Tim Drago, Chair*an/President of the Colorado <br /> Tribute to Veterans Fund, Inc. presented to <br /> Council a request for a contribution to construct <br /> a memorial in memory of Louisville's residents who <br /> died defending our nation's freedom in the four <br /> wars of this century. The memorial to honor 5,398 <br /> Coloradoans who died in Vietnam, Korea, World Wars <br /> I and II will be built on the grounds of the Stat• <br /> Capitol at an estimated cost of $480,000. 900 of <br /> all money collected will go to its construction. <br /> This is an all volunteer non-profit organisation. <br /> 1 <br />
