LOUISVILLE HOUSING AUTHORITY <br /> LOUISVILLE, COLORADO <br /> Community Room, Regal Square <br /> Tuesday , February 24, 1987 <br /> On Tuesday, February 24, 1987, the Louisville Rousing Authority <br /> held their Regular Meeting at 7:00 p.m. <br /> ATTENDANCE: <br /> Members Present: Suzy Rautenstraus, Carlyle Rowland, John Stead <br /> Members Absent: Bob Jones, Steve Neill <br /> Others Present: Marty Baker, Mary Sayler, Jim tiles <br /> 1 . Approval of Minutes of January 271 1987 Regular Meeting. <br /> The Minutes of the January 27 , 1987 Regular Meeting of the <br /> Louisville Housing Authority were approved as written. <br /> 2. Housing Management Status Report - Marty Baker <br /> Baker stated that the new locks are in place at Regal Square. <br /> Year End report for Regal Square were presented and discussed . <br /> Baker reported that she had discussed improvements for Regal <br /> Square with Dale Shreve, Architect, particularly regarding the <br /> construction of storage units. Some of the storage units may <br /> need to be free standing. Shreve estimates the architectural <br /> plans will cost between $1 ,000 and $1 ,500. The plans will <br /> include concrete patio slaps behind units No. 11 and No . 12. <br /> Shreve estimates the total cost of the improvements will be <br /> approximately $10,000. Vice-Chair Rowland moved for <br /> authorization for Dave Shreve to begin votk on the pleas at a <br /> cost between $1 ,000 and $1 ,500. The motion was seconded by John <br /> Stead. There was no further discussion. The motion was <br /> approved and carried. The vote was as follows: <br /> AYES: Reutenstraus, Rowland, Stead <br /> NAYS <br /> ABSENT: Jones, Neill <br /> The monthly Status Report was discussed. Baker stated that <br /> there have been no moves at Regal Square or Hillside Square. <br /> There is currently 100% lease-up at both LHA projects. <br /> Year End Public Housing Statements were distributed which <br /> included statements of operating receipts and expenditures . <br /> Baker stated that the bottom lines are within limits. Revenues <br /> were approximately $4,000 less than anticipated for 1986, but <br />
