Approval of Modification of Licensed <br /> Premises - Brothers Three Restaurant <br /> REGULAR BUSINESS: <br /> AMERICAN LEGION POST 111 CLUB LIQUOR LICENSE APPLICATION - <br /> SET PUBLIC NEARING Ferris explained that the American Legion has <br /> recently leased the building at 626 Lafarge <br /> Avenue. They have not had a club license <br /> previously because the facility they owned on Main <br /> Street was within the prohibited distance to a <br /> school thereby limiting them to ten Special Events <br /> Permits annually. Their application for a Club <br /> Liquor License at the facility at 620 Lafarge <br /> Avenue requires proving the needs of the <br /> neighborhood and holding a public hearing. <br /> Recently, the Tri City Elks held a Club Liquor <br /> 1 <br />
