Mayor Pauson moved that the Agenda be <br /> approved as submitted. Unanimous. <br /> APPROVAL OP <br /> CONSENT CALENDAR Mayor Pauson asked for any changes to the Consent <br /> Calendar. None. Mayor Pauson moved that the <br /> Consent Calendar be adopted as submitted. <br /> Unanimous. <br /> CONSENT CALENDAR: A. Approval of Minutes <br /> B. Approval of Bills <br /> C. Approval of Change Order /1 -- Wastewater <br /> Treatment Plant Project <br /> D. Approval of Modification of Licensed <br /> Premises - Brothers Three Restaurant <br /> REGULAR BUSINESS: <br /> AMERICAN LEGION POST 111 CLUB LIQUOR LICENSE APPLICATION - <br /> SET PUBLIC NEARING Ferris explained that the American Legion has <br /> recently leased the building at 626 Lafarge <br /> Avenue. They have not had a club license <br /> previously because the facility they owned on Main <br /> Street was within the prohibited distance to a <br /> school thereby limiting them to ten Special Events <br /> Permits annually. Their application for a Club <br /> Liquor License at the facility at 620 Lafarge <br /> Avenue requires proving the needs of the <br /> neighborhood and holding a public hearing. <br /> Recently, the Tri City Elks held a Club Liquor <br /> 1 <br />
