r <br /> • <br /> Phare addressed the ditch cut issue in the Saddle- <br /> back subdivision stating that the developer is <br /> aware of its responsibility and is pursuing a way <br /> to consolidate the Davidson Lateral into a <br /> delivery point where Mr. Mayhoffer gets his Goodhue <br /> water. This would allow the City to eliminate an <br /> irrigation ditch through town. The developer is <br /> resolving this problem as quickly as possible so <br /> that Mr. Mayhoffer will be able to receive water <br /> by the first of May. <br /> The drainage problems are being address by the <br /> City's consulting firm to be resolved as quickly <br /> as possible. <br /> Other water issues such as the agreement with the <br /> Sewer District will be referred to the City's <br /> Water Attorney. <br /> Mayor Fauson stated that in the eight years on <br /> Council, he does not recall anything with the <br /> issue Mr. Mayhoffer described regarding a well. <br /> Mr. Mayhoffer stated that in 1977, the City's <br /> Water Attorney took an opposing view to the issue <br /> and it is still pending in the Water Court between <br /> the City of Westminster and the Mayhoffer's. The <br /> City of Louisville is no longer a part of the <br /> issue. <br /> Mayor Fauson stated that these items of concern <br /> will, be addressed and that staff and consultants <br /> will work to resolve these issues. <br /> COUNCIL COMMENTS AND COMMITTEE • <br /> REPORTS 'None. <br /> ADJOURNMENT With no further business, Mayor Fauson unanimously <br /> adjourned the meeting at 9:40 p.m. <br /> 13 <br />
