Mayor Fauson <br /> calf the Meeting to order at 7:3O p.a. and the following persons were <br /> present: <br /> Councilaembers: Bob Szymanski, Steve Anderson, Randy Carnival, <br /> Alan Scarpella, Mike Mohr and John Sackett <br /> Staff present: Terry Sundley, City Administrator <br /> Curt Rautenstraus, City Attorney <br /> Tom Pharos Director of Public Works <br /> Robert Eriako, Director of Community Services <br /> Rich Wanush, Director of Community Development <br /> Sharon Asti-Ceranci, Director of Financial Services <br /> Rod Leesman, Director of Public Safety <br /> Also present: Pam Ferris, City Clerk <br /> William Hasson, Treasurer <br /> APPROVAL OF <br /> THE AGENDA Mayor Fauson asked for any changes to the Agenda. <br /> Mayor Fauson stated that the Chamber's request <br /> will be expanded to include Flag Day and Labor <br /> Day. â– undley stated that under Other Business the <br /> following will be discussed: Joint Recreation <br /> Committee with the City of Lafayette; Update on <br /> Cemetery Water Line; Update on Traffic Signals at <br /> So. Boulder Rd. and McCaslin; and Information <br /> Meeting at Rocky Flats. Mayor Fauson moved that <br /> the Agenda be approved as amended. Unanimous. <br /> APPROVAL OF <br /> CONSENT CALENDAR Mayor Fauson asked for any changes to the Consent <br /> Calendar. None.
