Mayor Fauson <br /> called the meeting to order at 7:30 p.m. and the following persons were <br /> present: <br /> Councilmombsrr: Bob Ssymanski, Steve Anderson, Randy Carnival, <br /> John Sackett and Mike Mohr. <br /> Staff present: Terry Hundley, City Administrator <br /> Curt Rautenstraus, City Attorney <br /> Tom Phare, Director of Public Works <br /> Robert Rrisko, Director of Community Services <br /> Rich Wanush, Director of Community Development <br /> Also present: Pat Ferris, City Clerk <br /> William Beason, Treasurer <br /> Absent: Alan Scarpella, Councilman <br /> Sharon Asti-Caranci, Director of Financial Services <br /> Rod Leeman, Director of Public Safety <br /> APPROVAL OF <br /> THE AGENDA Mayor Fauson asked for any changes to the Agenda. <br /> Mayor Fauson placed an item on the Agenda as Al to <br /> respond to a Chamber of Commerce request for a <br /> street closure and asked that the Agenda be <br /> approved as amended. Unanimous. <br /> APPROVAL OP <br /> CONSENT CALENDAR Mayor Fauson asked for any changes to the Consent <br /> Calendar. None. Mayor Fauson moved that the <br /> Consent Calendar be adopted as submitted. <br /> Unanimous. <br /> CONSENT CALENDAR: A. Approval of Minutes <br /> B. Approval of Bills <br /> C. Approval of Change Order #2 - Wastewater <br /> Treatment Plant Expansion Project <br /> D. Boulder County Sousing Authority CDBG Update <br /> REGULAR BUSINESS: <br /> CHAMBER REQUEST - SIDEWALK SALE - STREET <br /> CLOSURE A request was made by the Chamber of Commerce <br /> regarding a Sidewalk Sale on June 6, 1987. Their <br /> request is for the closure of Main Street frost <br /> Pine Street to Walnut. <br /> Mayor Fauson moved that this request be approved <br /> contingent on approval of the plan by those City <br /> depIrtment's affected. Mohr seconded. Unanimous. <br /> 1 <br />
