One of the specific objectives under <br /> these goals was to prepare an annual report for <br /> City residents. Over the past several months, <br /> staff members have been working to finalise a <br /> draft of the annual report. A copy of the draft <br /> document was given to Council for comments. Staff <br /> will have the report mailed to every home in <br /> Louisville. The approximate cost for completing <br /> the report is $2,300. Funds for this project will <br /> come from the City Clerk's printing and publishing <br /> account. <br /> OTHER: None. <br /> PUBLIC COMMENTS None. <br /> COUNCIL COMFITS AND COmm I TTEE <br /> REPORTS Anderson reported that he attended a meeting last <br /> week of the newly formed joint Youth Activities <br /> Council wherein social events were scheduled and <br /> the YAC will be meeting with the Louisville <br /> Psychiatric Institute regarding teen programs <br /> related to substance abuse. <br /> In response to Anderson's inquiry regarding <br /> mosquitos, Xrisko stated that the County will <br /> institute larval control programs throughout the <br /> City along with spraying four times this summer. <br /> Mosquito traps will placed in various areas of <br /> town to determine density. <br /> Carnival reported that he, Scarpella and urisko <br /> attended the first joint session with the City of <br /> Lafayette regarding a joint recreation task force. <br /> The discussion resulted in many ideas to explore. <br /> Location and requirements are two issue that need <br /> to resolved. The next meeting is Jun. 30th. <br /> Mayor Pauson received a letter from Governor Romer <br /> congratulating the City on receiving the Tree City <br /> Award again. <br /> Erisko stated that a letter was received today <br /> from DRCOG stating that the Senior Center had <br /> received a grant in the amount of $3,691.
