CITY OF LOUISVILLE <br /> JULY 21, 1987 REGULAR COUNCIL MEETING <br /> The City Council of the City of Louisville met in Regular Session in the <br /> Council Chambers, 749 Main Street, Louisville, Colorado. Mayor Fauson <br /> called the meeting to order at 7:30 p.m. and the following persons were <br /> present: <br /> Councilmembers: Randy Carnival, Steve Anderson, Alan Scarpella, <br /> Bob Szymanski, Mike Mohr and John Sackett (arrived <br /> late - prior to Agenda Item 4B) <br /> Staff presents Terry Aundley, City Administrator <br /> Curt Rautenstraus. Mayor Fauson moved and it was seconded that <br /> the Agenda be approved as submitted. Unanimous. <br /> • <br /> CONSENT CALENDAR: Approval of Minutes <br /> Approval of Bills <br /> Approval of Change Order 93 - Wastewater Treatment <br /> Plant Project <br /> REGULAR BUSINESS: <br /> ANNOUNCEMENT/INVITATION - SENIOR'S ICE CREAM <br /> SOCIAL Cathy Bittler, Senior Coordinator, on behalf of the <br /> Senior Advisory Councils for Louisville and <br /> Lafayette, invited Council to an ice cream social on <br /> Wednesday, July 29th at 6:00 p.m. at Memory Square. <br /> ORDINANCE 1930 ANNEXATION - RICHMOND PROPERTY - <br /> PUBLIC HEARING Rautenstraus read by title only Ordinance 0930, "An <br /> Ordinance annexing to the City of Louisville, <br /> Colorado. a parcel of approximately 2.0 acres <br /> located east of Parcel 0 of the Homart Development, <br /> south of Cherry Street, owned by Lynda K.
