CITY OF LOUISVILLE JULY 21, 1987 REGULAR COUNCIL MEETING The City Council of the City of Louisville met in Regular Session in the Council Chambers, 749 Main Street, Louisville, Colorado. Mayor Fauson called the meeting to order at 7:30 p.m. and the following persons were present: Councilmembers: Randy Carnival, Steve Anderson, Alan Scarpella, Bob Szymanski, Mike Mohr and John Sackett (arrived late - prior to Agenda Item 4B) Staff presents Terry Aundley, City Administrator Curt Rautenstraus. City Attorney Sharon Asti-Caranci, Director of Financial Services Rod Leesman, Director of Public Safety Larry L1110, Director of Comunity Services Rich Wanush, Director of Community Development Also present: Pam Ferris, City Clerk William Beason, Treasurer APPROVAL OF THE AGENDA Mayor Fauson asked for any changes to the Agenda. None. Mayor Fauson moved and it was seconded that the Agenda be approved as submitted. Unanimous. APPROVAL OF THE CONSENT CALENDAR Mayor Fauson asked for any changes to the Consent Calendar. None. Mayor Fauson moved and it was seconded to approve the Consent Calendar as submitted. Unanimous. • CONSENT CALENDAR: Approval of Minutes Approval of Bills Approval of Change Order 93 - Wastewater Treatment Plant Project REGULAR BUSINESS: ANNOUNCEMENT/INVITATION - SENIOR'S ICE CREAM SOCIAL Cathy Bittler, Senior Coordinator, on behalf of the Senior Advisory Councils for Louisville and Lafayette, invited Council to an ice cream social on Wednesday, July 29th at 6:00 p.m. at Memory Square. ORDINANCE 1930 ANNEXATION - RICHMOND PROPERTY - PUBLIC HEARING Rautenstraus read by title only Ordinance 0930, "An Ordinance annexing to the City of Louisville, Colorado. a parcel of approximately 2.0 acres located east of Parcel 0 of the Homart Development, south of Cherry Street, owned by Lynda K. Richmond." Proper publication and notice of public hearing were determined and Mayor Fauson opened the public bearing. 1
