• CITY OF LOUISVILLE SEPTEMBER 1, 1987 REGULAR COUNCIL MEETING The City Council of the City of Louisville met in Regular Session in the Council Chambers, 749 Main Street, Louisville, Colorado. Mayor Fauson called the meeting to order at 7:30 p.m. and the following persons were present: CounciImeabers: Randy Carnival, Steve Anderson, Alan Scarpella, Bob Szymanski and John Sackett (arrived late) Staff present: Terry Hundley, City Administrator Curt Rautenstraus, City Attorney Larry Lille, Director of Community Services Rich Wanush, Director of Community Development Sharon Asti-Caranci, Director of Financial Services Also present: Pam Ferris, City Clerk William Hasson, Treasurer Absent: Councilman Mike Mohr Rod Leesman, Director of Public Safety APPROVAL OF THE AGENDA Mayor Fauson moved that the Agenda be amended to include an Executive Session prior to taking action on Item 4G. Scarpella seconded. Unanimous. APPROVAL OF THE CONSENT CALENDAR Mayor Fauson asked for any changes to the Consent Cracndar. None. Mayo. CONSENT CALENDAR: Approval of Minutes Approval of Bills Approval of Change Order 114 - Wastewater Treatment Plant Project - Dougan Construction REGULAR BUSINESS: ANNOUNCEMENT Mayor Fauson stated that the City of Louisville and the Louisville Chamber of Commerce will jointly open the 1987 Fall Festival on this Friday, Sept. 4th at 5:00 p.m. in front of City Hall. BENITO'S RESTAURANT LIQUOR LICENSE - PUBLIC HEARING Ferris explained that Mr. Samuel Espinoza is applying for a restaurant liquor license for his new restaurant, Bonitos to be located in the Spruce Street Center, 950 Spruce Street. Mr. Espinosa has been in the restaurant business in Denver for over 20 years, but this is the first liquor license he has applied for. Mr. Espinoza circulated a petition to 'prove the needs of the neighborhood` and 1
