f <br /> The applicants are requesting a special review of <br /> a specialized group home on a lot located north of <br /> 301 East Street. The group home is to be a <br /> licensed residence for 6--12 foster children with <br /> 24 hour supervision. The owners will reside on <br /> the premises. The building is anticipated to be <br /> 3500-4000 s.f. The applicants' present residence <br /> in the County has been licensed for approximately <br /> ten years as a foster home. Planning Commission <br /> recommended approval without condition at its <br /> September 8th public hearing. <br /> Anderson reminded Council that a group home had once <br /> existed in Louisville with a great deal of success <br /> and favors this Resolution approving the Wilson <br /> Croup Home Special Review Use. <br /> Mohr moved that Resolution #26 be adopted. <br /> Szymanski seconded. By Roll Call Vote, Resolution <br /> #26 was adopted unanimously. <br /> RECESS Mayor Fauson called a 10 minute recess at this - <br /> point. <br /> Mayor Fauson called the meeting back to order and <br /> continued with Regular Business. <br /> RESOLUTION #27 - SPECIAL REVIEW USE - WORD <br /> OF LIFE Rautenstraus read in its entirety Resolution #27, "A <br /> Resolution approving a Special Review Use for Word <br /> of Life." <br /> Wanush explained that the applicant, Word of Life <br /> Ministries, requests the use of a suite in <br /> Christopher Village for a congregation of 20-25 <br /> people. The church presently meets Sunday mornings, <br /> Sunday evenings and, periodically, some weekday <br /> evenings. Churches are a special review use in <br /> every zoning district in Louisville. The zoning at <br /> this location is Commercial-Business. Planning <br /> Commission recommended approval with one condition -- <br /> occupancy of the suite is not to exceed 50 people. <br /> Mayor Fauson moved that Resolution 027 be adopted <br /> with the condition that occupancy of the suite is <br /> not to exceed 50 people_ Szymanski seconded. <br /> Unanimous. <br /> Anderson and Sackett asked to be excused prior to discussion of the next <br /> Agenda item. <br /> RESOLUTION 028 - PUD AMENDMENT - CENTENNIAL <br /> PUBS Rautenatraus read in its entirety Resolution 028, "A <br /> Resolution approving a PUD amendment for Centennial <br /> Peaks Hospital.` <br /> 11 <br />
