CITY OF LOUISVILLE <br /> OCTOBER 6, 1987 REGULAR COUNCIL MEETING <br /> The City Council of the City of Louisville met in Regular Session in the <br /> Council Chambers, 749 Main Street, Louisville, Colorado. Mayor Fauson <br /> called the meeting to order at 7:30 p.m. and the following persons were <br /> present: <br /> Councilwembers: Randy Carnival, Steve Anderson, Bob Szymanski, <br /> John Sackett, and Mike Mohr <br /> Staff presents Terry Hundley, City Administrator <br /> Curt Rautenstraus, City Attorney <br /> Larry Lillo, Director of Community Services <br /> Rich Wanush, Director of Community Development <br /> Sharon Asti-Caranci, Director of Financial Services <br /> Rod Leesman, Director of Public Safety <br /> Also present: Pan Ferris, City Clerk <br /> William Hermon, Treasurer <br /> Absent: Councilman Alan Scarpella <br /> APPROVAL OF THE <br /> AGENDA Mayor Fauson asked for any additions to the Agenda. <br /> None. Mayor Fauson moved that the Agenda be <br /> approved as submitted. Szymanski seconded. <br /> Unanimous. <br /> APPROVAL OF THE <br /> CONSENT CALENDAR Mayor Fauson asked for any changes to the Consent <br /> Calendar. None. Mayor Fauson moved and Szymanski <br /> seconded to approve the Consent Calendar as <br /> submitted. Unanimous. <br /> CONSENT CALENDAR: Approval of Minutes <br /> Approval of Bills <br /> Approval of Liquor License Renewals - Double Happy, <br /> Safeway Store, Colaccis and Darts <br /> REGULAR BUSINESS: <br /> RESOLUTION #22 - PUBLIC HEARING - FINDING OP FACTS AND CONCLUSIONS - <br /> MENHICX WEST ANNEXATION <br /> PETITION Hundley explained that at the last Council Meeting, <br /> Council continued the public hearing on Resolution <br /> #22 and postponed action on Ordinance #937 and Ordi- <br /> nance #938. Although optimistic that a negotiated <br /> agreement with the Town of Superior could be reached <br /> outside of the District Court action, by tonight's <br /> meeting, an agreement has not yet been struck. <br /> Bundley stated that he has met twice with repre- <br /> sentatives of Superior, but a basis for a negotiated <br /> agreement has not yet been determined. Hundley <br /> recommended the City proceed to obtain a <br /> timely hearing in District Court on this issue so <br /> 1 <br />
