<br /> Ordinance No. 972 <br /> Page No. 2 of 3 <br /> (1) At the time the property is annexed to the City it is <br /> zoned Planned Community Zone District ("PCZD") i <br /> (2) At least thirty (30) acres of said property is zoned <br /> commercial and/or industrial; and <br /> (3) The requested tap is to service a preexisting use on <br /> the property at the time of annexation and the service <br /> is limited to a standard three-quarter-inch tap. <br /> If the owner elects to defer payment as provided in this <br /> subsection, the amount of the fee shall be the amount in effect <br /> at the time of payment. <br /> C. A water tap permit shall be required for each <br /> unattached dwelling unit. Apartment units and condominium units <br /> shall not be treated as unattached dwelling units. <br /> D.
