" <br /> Griffiths: I was requested to draft an ordinance to <br /> present just for your consideration again; <br /> section 1. makes the changes to the Municipal <br /> Code; section 2 . makes those changes depend- <br /> ent upon approval by the majority of regis- <br /> tered electors at a special election; and <br /> section 3 . calls a special election to be <br /> held on August 6. <br /> Mayor Fauson made the same recommendation as was discussed on <br /> Ordinance No. 1044 .
