Davidson feat Louisville has no Choice but to raise the water tap.
He felt Council needs to really look at the service expansion fee
in terms Of what are the actual *oats of those services that are
going to be provided to than development. He wanted sore data as
to the actual cost of the am mi.ties associated with the
development. Davidson felt that in light of Council's secant
resolution, which was that all open space had to be actually usable
open space, that in effect increased the amount of open space that
was dedicated to the City already. It used to be water retention
ponds and things like that were included in the 134. By the now
resolution, it can no longer be. Now, if Council is going to
increase it to 154 and still exclude retention ponds and things
like that, he wondered if Council was not gottinq on the excessive
aids. He aske4 staff to cme back with what is our per capita open
space now, and what would it take to maintain that per capita in
way of an open space dedication.
mayor$ It 120 land dedication for
residential is adequate, one could
call into question whether 124 for
commercial is excessive?
Residential does put certain
pressures on parks and bail fields.
Therefore, I would still urge the
15%.
Davidson: It has been coved and seconded to do
all the stuff we've just talked
about. All in favor?
All in favor except Councilman Lathrop.
DIK /ACTION= CIT'4 COUNICxL PAMCIPATION IN LRAM W11 PARAD2
Davidson asked Council they were goinq to participate as a Council,
rid* their bicycles in it, or what their desire would be.
Hovard stated that the feedback he had received from the community
was that they appreciated the sywbolisr of Council riding their
bicycles in the parade rather than riding in convertibles. He was
in favor of riding bicycles.
Davidson, after Council's comments, stated that he would till out
the application on behalf of Council and their family members who
wished to participate, via bicycles, roller blades, or whatever.
APPil NX - &ZN3K itA T LIQOGR LICZVSZ PU ING TRWWM -TAU* INM
Sisk want on record to say he represented the estate of a former
part -ow or of the Track Inn. As part of the *state there was a
conveyance to the three heirs and they have subsequently
transferred their interest to Kr. Grosso. Sisk was not involved in
24
