Pacl Mood, Planning Director, stated that the applicant wishes to <br /> construct a 4,100 s. f. , one story bank with future expansion to <br /> 6,C00 s. f . total, with a building height of 21'4". The property is <br /> Lot. 4 within the Centennial W rketplace Shopping Center at the <br /> corner of McCaslin Boulevard and Cherry Street. There are two <br /> drive -thru ATM machines on the east side of the building. Access <br /> to the property will be shared with Lot 9 from the private interior <br /> loc•p road. Building coverage at build -out is approxiaately 4.74, <br /> with 404 of the property landscaped. Planning Corszission held a <br /> put-lic hearing February 4, 1994, and approved Resolution No. 4 with <br /> a vote of 7 - 0 subject to six conditions (SIX ATTACHED). He <br /> explained that all of the provisions had begirt completed with the <br /> exception of the park '.nq deferral and pedestrian access from Cherry <br /> Street. <br /> Davidson called for the applicant's presentation. <br /> CJor Shonkviler, Mozart Development, was there to answer any <br /> questions. <br /> Lyrr. She explained that <br /> they are proposing 56 parking spaces well screened from west Cherry <br /> and.
