The maximum building height is 22'. Landscapinq on the <br /> site is 27.7=. This proposal with the signage meats the Centennial <br /> Na:ketplace design guidelines. They propose two 17.5 s.f. wall <br /> si4na mounted on the facia of the canopies facing McCaslin <br /> -- Boulevard and the main entrance of the shopping center. They <br /> propose a 24 s.f. monument sign, not to exceed s' in height, for <br /> s tht gas sale pricing, facing McCaslin Boulevard.
