<br />storage capacity (if any) associated with the water right to be <br />dedicated. <br /> Example: <br /> (1) One share of Marshall Lake stock = 4.0 <br /> acre feet (average annual yield) <br /> (2) times 65% efficiency = 2.6 acre feet <br /> (consumptive use) <br /> (3) plus 4.0 acre feet of storage = 6.6 Raw <br /> Water Credits. <br />Therefore, each share of Marshall Lake stock is valued at 6.6 Raw <br />Water Credits. <br />4. If the following water rights are accepted by the City <br />the following Raw Water Credits shall be applicable: <br /> Raw Water Credits <br /> Water Riqhts (credits per share) <br /> Marshall Lake 6.60 <br /> South Boulder <br /> and Coal Creek Ditch 38.79 <br /> 5. For water rights acceptable to the City for dedication <br />which are not set forth in paragraph 4 above, Raw Water Credits <br />shall be determined by the City in the same manner as the Raw <br />Water Credits in paragraph 4 were determined, which determination <br />shall include the criteria set forth in paragraph 6, below. <br /> 6. The City shall evaluate water rights offered for <br />dedication to the City and determine whether or not the water <br />rights are to be accepted based upon the following criteria: <br />priority date, historical point of diversion, location of <br />historical use, historical yield, historical consumptive use, the <br />contribution to historical consumptive use of other water rights <br />or sources of water supply, future use of the land historically <br />irrigated including future irrigation, considerations with <br />respect to title, anticipated difficulties with transferring the <br />water rights to appropriate points of diversion, places of <br />storage and municipal uses, the City's contractual obligations <br />and arrangements, expected needs of the City and of the City's <br />muncipal water supply system, composition of the City's water <br />rights portfolio at the time of the proposed annexation, and any <br />other appropriate factors. <br /> 7. For land to be zoned residential, if the Raw Water <br />Credits available from water rights offered and accepted by the <br />City are less than the Net Acreage, a cash payment in 1 ieu of <br /> - 2 - <br />
