The City Council concludes that the proposed Special Review Use application <br />presented by PSCo should be and is hereby approved subject to the following <br />conditions: <br /> <br />The applicant shall utilize the single-steel monopole system with the corten finish. <br />Pole construction shall be determined based upon evidence and testimony <br />received by City Council at the March 2, 2001 meeting. <br /> <br />The applicant shall locate and install new poles adjacent to existing structure <br />locations number 26 (located at Louisville Reservoir) through location number <br />46. The applicant shall submit, prior to the commencement of construction, a pole <br />location map to the City showing, to scale, proposed location of all new poles. <br />The Mayor, in his discretion, may approve adjustments in location of up to 85 feet <br />for no more than 6 poles. <br /> <br />Co <br /> <br />Pole heights shall be evaluated on a location by location basis and poles shall be <br />installed so as to ensure minimum pole heights consistent with required <br />clearances. Prior to construction, applicant shall submit such a location-by- <br />location analysis, and such submittal shall reflect the height of the existing pole, <br />from grade, which is to be replaced, and proposed height and location. In no case <br />shall the height of the Proposed pole replacement exceed 89' from grade to top of <br />pole, but in any event, pole height shall be the minimum possible height <br />consistent with required clearances. <br /> <br />d. <br /> <br />The applicant shall at its expense replace and restore all landscaping, concrete <br />flatwork, and ground cover, which may be damaged or disturbed during <br />construction of the project to the same or a better condition than that existing prior <br />to the damage or disturbance. Applicant shall complete restoration promptly upon <br />completion of the project. Upon request of the City, applicant shall provide a <br />letter or credit to secure such restoration work, in an amount equal to the <br />estimated costs of restoration work. <br /> <br />e. Pole locations in the vicinity of South Boulder Road shall be compatible with the <br /> pedestrian underpass construction for that location. <br /> <br />The capacity of the existing infrastructure is 135 MVA per circuit. The maximum <br />capacity of the proposed infrastructure as represented after rebuild would be 247 <br />MVA per circuit. The capacity within the infrastructure shall not be increased in <br />excess of 247 MVA per circuit without authorization of the City through <br />amendment of the Special Review Use public hearing process. <br /> <br />The applicant shall provide <br />commencement of structure, <br />areas of the right-of-way. <br /> <br />the City with a construction schedule prior to <br />which shall indicate times of work on particular <br /> <br /> <br />
