The applicant shall provide as-build drawings of all facilities constructed on lands <br />held in fee by the City. <br /> <br />The applicant shall provide the city with trail closure and traffic control plans for <br />any proposed trail closures and traffic disruptions necessitated by the <br />construction. <br /> <br />This SRU approval is applicable to Xcel Energy and its successor in ownership. <br /> <br />The applicant shall provide information on any staging and materials storage <br />areas prior to commencement of construction. No materials or equipment may be <br />stored or staged on City owned property or rights-or-way without written city <br />approval. <br /> <br />The applicant shall submit a landscape plan for the installation and irrigation of <br />additional landscaping at all pole locations adjacent to residential, professional <br />office, or church uses. Landscaping shall be installed within an appropriate <br />setback from the infrastructure as approved by the City, and shall be installed by <br />the applicant at the time of installation of new pole structures. The applicant shall <br />install, and irrigate a minimum of three trees per pole placement located to most <br />effectively screen the pole structure from the adjoining uses. <br /> <br />Noise and EMF levels shall not exceed the maximum amounts represented by the <br />applicant to the City as set forth in Exhibit A (page 5 of Xcel's supplementary <br />information submitted to the City).
