DISCUSSION/DIRECTION - SELECTION OF ENGINEER FOR SOUTH WATER <br /> TREATMENT PLANT <br /> Phare: This item is the next step to take us to <br /> our next Water Treatment Plant. The <br /> process started by requesting <br /> qualifications from all firms meeting <br /> initial screening requirements. The <br /> initial parameters used for screening <br /> firms were familiarity with projects <br /> similar in nature to the Louisville <br /> project, experience related to water <br /> treatment plants in the Colorado Front <br /> Range area, recent plant design and <br /> construction experience. The City <br /> received Statements of Qualifications <br /> from seven firms interested in working <br /> on our project. Through application of <br /> the above criteria three firms were <br /> identified for submission of a full <br /> proposal.
