<br />Good Neighbor Program Monthly Report <br />March, 2010 <br /> <br />Newcomers to Senior Center 33 <br />Follow-up 33 <br />Enrolled in activities after initial visit 33 100% <br /> <br />Narrative: <br />There were 33 people who enrolled in the Silver Sneakers program in March. <br /> <br />Care Caller ProQram <br /> <br />Follow up was necessary on three clients this month from referrals from the Care Callers. One client did <br />not answer her phone after many attempts. We contacted her daughter, she is now in assisted living. <br />Another client recently fell and broke her foot.
