The Housing Authority of the City of Louisville <br />will accamplish its missian thraugh: cammunity callabaratian, effective services and <br />pragrams, prafessianal arganizatian, efficient resaurce management, and the expansian af <br />funding saurces. <br /> <br />Commissioners Present: Steve Underhill, Scott McKenzie, Rob Kelly, Terri Abbott, Walt <br />Oehlkers <br /> <br />Staff Present: Frank Alexander, Executive Director, Chuck Schloz, Housing Division Director, <br />Sally Vigil, Property Manager, Kay Bishop, Administrative Lead Tech <br /> <br />Others: Bonnie Star, Economic Development Director for the City of Louisville; Sheri <br />Marsella, Councilmember <br /> <br />2 students from CU came into the meeting later. They had an assignment to attend a public <br />housing meeting for an informational class on housing policies. Steve Underhill brought them <br />up to date on what had been occurring. They introduced themselves as Alyssa and Reed. <br /> <br />Call to Order <br />The Meeting was called to order at 8:00am by Chair, Steve Underhill. <br /> <br />Aooroval of the Ae:enda <br />April 27th agenda approved unanimously. <br /> <br />Aooroval of the March 16. 2010 Minutes <br />Terri Abbott made a motion to approve the March 16th minutes and Scott McKenzie seconds the <br />motion. Approval of the minutes passed unanimously. <br /> <br />Matters from Members of the Public** <br />None present <br /> <br />Director's Reoort/Finance Reoort <br />Finance is on track with no vacancies at Louisville properties. There is one upcoming vacancy <br />and it is already spoken for with someone ready to move in from waitlist. <br />
