Call to Order: Commission Chair Dan Mellish called the meeting to order at 6:30 p.m. <br /> <br />II. Roll Call <br /> <br />Commission Members Present: Dave Ferguson, Dan Mellish, Sean Moynihan, Don Ross, Sally <br />Burlingame, Brian Chamberlin, Anne Robinson, Lynn Koglin, Colleen Vandendriessche, Diane <br />Marino <br /> <br />Commission Members Absent: Pat Seader, Dustin Sagrillo, Jennifer Strand <br /> <br />City Representatives Present: <br />Beth Barrett, Directory of Library & Museum Services <br />Bridget Bacon, Museum Coordinator <br /> <br />III. Approval of Agenda: All members approved the agenda. <br /> <br />IV. Approval of Minutes: The Historical Commission members approved the corrected meeting <br />minutes for the March 17 regular meeting, the April 21 regular meeting minutes, and the April 29 <br />subcommittee meeting minutes. <br /> <br />V. Public Comments on Items Not on the Agenda: None <br /> <br />VI. Treasurer's Report: Dave Ferguson presented the following report: <br /> <br />Previous Balance <br />Expenses <br />Receipts <br />CD <br />Savings <br />Checking <br /> <br />2,876.26 <br />50.00 <br />876.34 <br />25,000 <br />3,692.26 <br />7,891.76 <br /> <br />38,854.02 <br /> <br />Total <br /> <br />The Commission approved the Treasurer's report. <br /> <br />VII. Report from the Director of Library & Museum Services <br /> <br />Beth Barrett reported that some good news is that the City's revenue is showing signs of coming in <br />higher than expected in terms of some measurements. The Commission's funds are now being <br />reported as City funds in accordance with auditing standards. The May 8th landmarking workshop <br />on how to landmark historic homes in Louisville was very well attended with over 60 people <br />attending. A Library staff person has created a poster for the Louisville walking tours. <br /> <br />VIII. Museum Coordinator's Report <br /> <br />A.
