Open Space Advisory Board
Minutes
May 12, 2010

Discussion Open Space Zoning
Tom asked Ember how the board could pursue the issue. Ember stated
that ranking properties and creating a list would be helpful. Tom asked if there
was room in the zoning language to zone open space properties with the
potential for conversion. Ember stated that would be a possibility. Additionally,
Ember stated that it would be similar to the Open Space categories that are
currently in the Louisville Municipal Charter. Tom stated that it would be
beneficial to establish additional zoning criteria to preserve I protect open space
parcels. Tom also requested for a list of properties and their current designations,
presented in a similar form to our acquisition list (matrix), for the board to visit
open parcels and start to make recommendations regarding zoning.

Discussion Conoco Phillips
Tom stated that there was most likely not much to discuss given that
Conoco has not submitted final documents as of yet.

Discussion Items for Next Meeting
Spencer requested a zoning spreadsheet listing properties and their
current classification.

Adjourn - Spencer moved to adjourn at 8:40pm, Justin seconded.
