..,'
Sackett: If I remember right there is some landscaping between
South Boulder Road and the pad and that isn't shown
on these drawings then.
Franklin: Yes, there is landscaping and no these drawings are
limited to the pad and immediate vicinity. The plan
does provide and of course the overall shopping center
development will provide for extensive perimeter
landscaping and also landscaping to take care of the
islands and the other areas associated with the K-Mart
and King Soopers.
Mossbacher: My name is Tim Mossbacher, I am a real estate
manager with Hardee's Food Systems. I think in interest of time
and the fact that my understanding is that the Council
and Planning Commission have seen several
presentations on the overall Louisville Plaza approval,
I will be happy to answer any questions. Our architect
and engineers are here as well and Peter Cudlip with
Chandelle Properties.
Sackett: It seems to me they are listing four evergreens and four
deciduous trees. I was thinking that the circles
represent the trees and I only count five. I was looking
at the specs.
Architect: Are you sure that doesn't mean eight foot. Basically the
trees are listed. There are three large deciduous trees
located in the islands. The way they are located is that
13
