<br /> ...1 <br />Brand gave a brief update on the Downtown Improvement Committee and reported that <br />they will be sending a letter to the downtown merchants and residents requesting input <br />regarding downtown improvements. The Downtown Improvement Committee will be <br />coming back in December with their recommendations for next year. <br />COUNCIL COMMENTS AND COMMITTEE REPORTS <br />Davidson announced that on Thursday, November 14 at 7:00 p.m. Davidson would like to <br />meet with the Council elect and current Council who will continue on to meet for a <br />question and answer session. Davidson also asked that the City Attorney issue an opinion <br />on the limitations of what can be covered at that meeting as far as making any decisions <br />as applied to our ethics and open government ordinances. <br />Howard offered to assist staff in organizing the use of the cable TV system for future uses. <br />ADJOURNMENT <br />Seeing no further business Mayor Fauson moved to adjourn, seconded by Sackett.
