All in favor. <br />CITY ATTORNEY'S REPORT <br />NONE <br />CITY ADMINISTRATOR'S REPORT <br />Brand reported two hearings: one on Tuesday, November 12 at 7:00 p.m. at Cherryvale, the <br />hearing for the exclusion of the LincorlHomartlPublic Service/City of Louisville property; <br />on Thursday the 14th at 7:30 p.m. the Louisville Fire Protection District for the inclusion <br />of that property in their district. Brand will be attending and invited Council to attend. <br />Brand announced that the street in Ponderosa Subdivision has been paved. <br />14 <br />
