It is completely cut off from the rest of <br /> your open space by a ditch that runs through <br /> that property. The property itself is only a little <br /> bit less than two acres. It is heavily overgrown <br /> with both grass and noxious weeds and presents <br /> some sense of concern about a fire hazard for <br /> the people in Paragon Estates.
