ADOPTION OF CAPITAL IMPROVEMENT PROGRAM 1992 - <br /> 1996 <br />Sharon Asti-Caranci gave an overview of the proposed Budget for 1992 (attachment 1). <br />The 1992 Budget continues to address the unique needs of our community, it maintains <br />existing levels of service and provides equitable salary and benefits for our employees. It <br />addresses the needs of the City from water plants to parks, from computers to roadways. <br />In addition it provides funding for the vision set forth in City Council Goals that were <br />jointly developed by Council and staff throughout the budget process.
