Are those revisions <br /> satisfactory to the Louisville Housing Authority? <br />Reis: Yes, the revisions are all acceptable that are on the <br /> contract with the City of Louisville Housing Authority. <br />Davidson moved that Council approve the revised rental rehabilitation program agreement <br />with the State of Colorado and the administrative agreement with the Louisville Housing <br />Authority and authorize the Mayor to sign the two agreements, seconded by Howard. All <br />in favor. <br />DISCUSSION/MOTION - FINANCING FOR CONSTRUCTION OF <br />SOUTH WATER TREATMENT PLANT <br />Phare: Over the past few weeks we have been discussing <br /> financing options for the South Water Treatment Plant. <br /> Most of our discussions have focused on arrangements <br /> usmg Colorado Water Resources and Power <br /> Development Authority. Tonight we are asking formal <br /> authorization to submit application to them and indicate <br /> our interest in using them for financing of the South <br /> Water Treatment Facility. In addition to that, we are <br /> asking authorization to retain Kemper Securities, <br /> particularly Tom Briggs, to undertake the work that the <br /> underwriter has to do in conjunction with the financing <br /> package. The cost of the issuance is going to be a <br /> maximum of 2.7%. The amount at this time that we are <br /> identifying for financing would be 7.5 million.
