Passed and <br />th <br />Adopted this 28 day of November 1950. <br /> <br />Ordinance No. 253 <br /> – An Ordinance Creating an annual appropriation for the purpose of <br />carrying on the business of the Town of Louisville, Colorado for the fiscal year <br />th <br />commencing April 1, 1951 and ending March 31, 1952. Passed and Adopted this 27 <br />day of March 1951. <br /> <br />Ordinance No. 254 <br /> – An Ordinance Concerning and Fixing the salary of the Town Clerk <br />and Ex-officio Water and Street Commissioner and Town Marshal and concerning and <br />fixing the salary of the Town Marshal and Building Inspector and Deputy Tax Collector, <br />and concerning and fixing the salary of the Deputy Marshal, and concerning and fixing <br />th <br />the salary of the Deputy Town Clerk. Passed and Adopted this 27 day of March 1951. <br /> <br />Ordinance No. 255 <br /> – An Ordinance Concerning and fixing the wages of the occasional <br />employees of the Town of Louisville and fixing the rate of pay for common laborers, <br />truck drivers, tractor operator and maintainer operator and to repeal all other ordinances <br />th <br />in conflict herewith. Passed and Adopted this 27 day of March 1951. <br /> <br />Ordinance No. 256 <br /> – An Ordinance Regulating Traffic upon the public streets of the <br />Town of Louisville, Colorado and repealing Ordinance No. 137 (Ordinance No. 237 <br />published in Paper) and Ordinance No. 221 and all other ordinances and sections of <br />nd <br />ordinances in conflict herewith. Passed and Adopted this 2 day of October 1951. <br /> <br />Ordinance No. 257 <br /> – An Ordinance Relating to taxes for the year 1951. Passed and <br />nd <br />Adopted this 2 day of October 1951. <br /> <br />Ordinance No. 258 <br /> – An Ordinance Granting a franchise by the Town of Louisville to <br />Public Service Company of Colorado, its successors and assigns, to locate build, <br />construct, acquire, purchase, extend, maintain and operate into, within and through the <br />Town of Louisville, Boulder County, Colorado, a plant or plants and works, for the <br />purchase, manufacture, transmission and distribution of gas, either natural, artificial or <br />mixed, and to furnish, sell and distribute said gas to the Town of Louisville, and the <br />inhabitants thereof, for heating cooking, or other purposes by means of pipes, mains, or <br />otherwise, over, under, along, across and through any and all streets, alleys, viaducts, <br />bridges, roads, lanes, and other public ways and places in said Town of Louisville, and <br />th <br />fixing the terms and conditions thereof. Passed and Adopted this 6 day of November <br />1951. <br /> <br />Ordinance No. 259 <br /> – An Ordinance Pertaining to the extension of the Social Security <br />System to the employees and officers of the Town of Louisville, Colorado.
