Passed and Adopted this 13 day of March 1952. <br /> <br />Ordinance No. 261 <br /> – An Ordinance Creating an annual appropriation for the purpose of <br />carrying on the business of the Town of Louisville, Colorado for the fiscal year <br />th <br />commencing April 1, 1952 and ending March 31, 1953. Passed and Adopted this 28 <br />day of March 1952. <br /> <br />Ordinance No. 262 <br /> – An Ordinance Relating to taxes for the year 1952. Passed and <br />th <br />Adopted this 4 day of November 1952. <br /> <br />Ordinance No. 263 <br /> – An Ordinance to Vacate the alley running north and south along <br />the west boundary of Lot five (5), Block Four (4), Johnson’s first addition to the Town of <br />Louisville, Boulder County, State of Colorado according to the recorded plat of said <br />addition, and vesting the title thereto in the owner of the abutting property. Passed and Adopted this 23 <br />day of March 1953. <br /> <br />Ordinance No. 267 <br /> – An Ordinance to create an indebtedness on behalf of the Town of <br />Louisville and upon the credit thereof by issuing the negotiable coupon waterworks <br />improvement bonds, series of November 1, 1953, of the Town of Louisville, in the <br />aggregate principal amount of $75,000.00; prescribing the form of said bonds; providing <br />for the levy of a tax to pay the principal and interest thereof; prescribing details in <br />th <br />connection therewith; and declaring an emergency.
