Ordinance No. 269 – An Ordinance to Regulate the use of water from the water works of the Town of Louisville, Colorado, and establishing rules and regulations governing water rates and privileges and prescribing penalties for violation of said rules and regulations and repealing all ordinances and parts of ordinances in conflict thereto. th Passed and Adopted this 28 day of December 1953. Ordinance No. 272 – An Ordinance to Vacate the north ten (10) feet of the alley, as not platted, in Block Four (4), Johnson’s first addition to Louisville, according to the recorded plat thereof; to vest the title thereto in the owners of the abutting property, and th declaring an emergency therefore.
