4. The contractor agrees to consult with the SHF in person to discuss the methodology <br />of the project. <br />5. The contractor agrees to consult with City of Louisville preservation staff and the <br />Museum Coordinator prior to the start of the project and as needed during the project. <br />6. The contractor agrees to consult with the SHF in person to discuss concurrence on <br />eligibility and contributing/non-contributing status of surveyed properties and any <br />other issues concerning the project as needed. <br />7. The contractor agrees to attend one Louisville Historic Preservation Commission <br />meeting to introduce the project and one following the project to discuss the results. <br />B.Deliverables <br />1.Prior to the completion of all of the forms, the contractor shall submit three (3) draft <br />#1403 forms and three (3) draft #1405 forms with black and white photos for review <br />and comment by both the City of Louisville and the SHF. <br />2. Upon approval of the draft inventory forms the contractor shall complete and submit <br />the remaining #1403 and #1405 forms and adraft survey report for review and <br />comment by both the City of Louisville and the SHF. <br />3. The contractor shall submit with the draft survey report a USGS 7.5' quad map plus a <br />city plat or planning map outlining the boundaries of the survey area with a key that <br />identifies the boundaries of eligible districts (if any), contributing and non- <br />contributing properties and individually eligible properties for the National Register <br />of Historic Places, Colorado Register of Historic Places, or the Louisville Register of <br />Historic Places. Each resource recorded during the project should be clearly <br />identified on the map by appropriate site number. Map should also be delivered in a <br />digital format and if possible be compatible with the City’s GIS system. <br />4. The contractor shall submit four (4) hardcopies of the final survey report, two (2) <br />sets of the final #1403 and #1405 architectural inventory forms with properly <br />processed, sleeved and labeled black & white photos, one (1) digital copy of the final <br />survey report in both Microsoft Word and Portable Document Format (PDF), and <br />one (1) digital copy of each final architectural inventory form in both Microsoft <br />Word and Portable Document Format to the City of Louisville. <br />5. Written progress reports to be submitted to the City twice during the project at <br />intervals to be determined. <br />6.Project schedule to be determined by grant deadlines set by the SHF. Project is not <br />expected to last longer than 24 months. <br />City of Louisville Furnished Assistance <br />The City of Louisville shall furnish the following assistance to the contractor: <br />A.Reasonable access to all City data and historical materials at City Hall and the Historical <br />Museum. <br />54 <br /> <br />
