The <br />following persons were present - <br />City CouncilPresent:Mayor Chuck Sisk <br />Mayor Pro Tem Sheri Marsella <br />Bob Muckle <br />Frost Yarnell <br />Ron Sackett <br />Dave Calbots <br />Hank Dalton <br /> City Council Absent:None <br /> Staff Present: Malcolm Fleming, City Manager <br />Rhonda Welborn, Executive Assistant <br />Troy Russ, Planning & Building Safety Director <br />Sean McCartney, Principal Planner <br />Gavin McMillan, PlannerI <br />Proposed Revisions to the Downtown Sign Code <br />Gavin McMillan presented information to Council on proposed revisions to the <br />current sign code. There are many different signs that would violate the City sign <br />code at this time if enforced. Council comments include: <br />Regulation of sandwich signs after businesses close <br />Creation of a special review use or public process for murals <br />Possible free speech issue with murals –M.
