Planning Commission <br />Meeting Minutes <br />May 13, 2010 <br />Page 5 of 13 <br />Loo stated the wording of the conditions needs to be worked on but she supports <br />the application. <br />O'Connell stated she supports the application. She also understands the need for <br />a gate on the rear of the property. She requested the condition include wording <br />for the gate to be locked. She provided other possible wording of the conditions. <br />Sheets moved and Loo seconded a motion to approve Resolution No. 09, Series <br />2010 a resolution recommending approval of a request for a special review use <br />(SRU) to allow for the operation of a private school on a property located at 1436 <br />Main Street and zoned commercial neighborhood (CN) wit he following <br />conditions: <br />1. The applicant shall develop a staggered start t.- .chedule so there is no <br />traffic conflict in the already established dro <br />2. Patchwork Elementary Staff shall use theme ing o eet parking on the <br />subject property. <br />3. The maximum number of students ai'one time shall exceed 20 <br />students. <br />4. The rear fencing shall be 6' in he i d shall have only one locked gate. <br />5. Trash recycling area shall be consist ith the regulations established in <br />the Louisville Municipal Code. <br />6.
