The following persons <br /> were present - <br /> Council members present: Mayor Chuck Sisk, Mayor Pro Tern Don Brown, <br /> Councilmembers Bob Muckle, Frost Yarnell, <br /> Sheri Marsella, and Dave Clabots <br /> Councilmembers absent: Councilmember Ron Sackett <br /> Staff present: Bill Simmons, City Manager; Julie Boyd, Deputy City Manager; <br /> Keith Williams, Director of Recreation & Senior Services; Claudine Low, Senior <br /> Services Supervisor; Bruce Goodman, Police Chief; Belinda Dogan-Pishner, <br /> Administrative Assistant <br /> Mayor Sisk called the meeting to order at 7:00 p.m. <br /> Public Comments <br /> None <br /> Update/Discussion - Senior Advisory Board Strategic Visioning, Boulder <br /> County Aging Services Division <br /> Council met with the following members of the Senior Advisory Board: Walt <br /> Oehlkers, Claire VanMeter, Sheila Newton, Ron Taylor, and Bill McDermott. <br /> Keith Williams introduced members of the Senior Advisory Board and provided a <br /> brief summary on the growth of the Senior Center from 1993 to now. <br /> Walt Oehlkers presented an update on the senior population in Louisville, and <br /> highlights from a recent report on 'The Status of Older Adults in Boulder County.' <br /> Rosemary Williams, Boulder County Aging Services, provided a brief overview of <br /> a survey and interviews conducted by Boulder County Aging Services in order to <br /> create a vision for the future of older adults in Boulder County.
