<br /> I: City Council <br /> City of Louisville Study Session Summary <br /> March 14, 2006 <br /> City Hall, Council Chambers <br /> 749 Main Street <br /> 7:00 PM <br /> Council members present: Mayor Chuck Sisk, Councilmembers Ron Sackett, <br /> Frost Yarnell, Sheri Marsella, Dave Clabots, Bob Muckle (7:10 p.m.), and Don <br /> Brown (7:10 p.m.) <br /> Staff present: Julie Boyd, Deputy City Manager; Tom Phare, Public Works <br /> Director, Ken Mason, WVVTP Superintendent, Belinda Dogan-Pishner, <br /> Administrative Assistant <br /> Mayor Sisk called the meeting to order at 7:00 p.m. <br /> Public Comments <br /> None <br /> Mayor Sisk explained that it was brought to his attention yesterday afternoon that <br /> an error had been made in the expiration date of Tom McAvinew's appointment <br /> to the Planning Commission and he would like to address this issue at tonight's <br /> meeting. <br /> Presentation - Watershed Approach to Stream Health (WASH) <br /> Tom Phare introduced Ken Mason, Wastewater Superintendent, who gave a <br /> brief history and overview of the WASH program. He explained that a major <br /> component of the WASH program is education. <br /> Janice Lopitz, WASH Program Coordinator, expanded on the education <br /> programs offered by WASH. <br /> Council viewed an educational stormwater video produced by WASH and geared <br /> toward elementary school-age children.
