<br />Revitialization Commission <br />Meeting Minutes <br />August 28, 2006 <br />City Hall, Council Chambers <br />749 Main Street <br />7:30 <br />AM <br />Call to Order <br /> Mayor Sisk called the meeting to order at 7:30 AM <br />Roll Call <br /> was taken and the following members were present: <br />Board Members Present: Rob Lathrop, Clair Beckmann, Michael Reis, Bob Tofte <br />Board Members Absent: None <br />Staff Members Present: William Simmons, Sam Light, Paul Wood, Sean <br />McCartney, Heather Balser <br />Approval of Agenda <br /> The agenda was approved by all members. <br />Approval of Meeting Minutes <br />The minutes from the August 10, 2006 meeting <br />were approved as written. <br />Public Comments <br /> None offered. <br />Reports of Commission <br /> Mayor Sisk reported on a meeting he and staff had <br />with Boulder County Commissioner Ben Perlman and Dickey Lee Hullinghorst, <br />Intergovernmental Affairs Director for Boulder County on the plausibility of an <br />IGA on TIF revenue sharing. <br />Business Matters of Commission <br />1. Discussion/Direction on Issues Raised at August 15 City Council <br />Meeting – Discussion focused on potential areas of agreement on an <br />IGA with the County to share TIF revenue. Additionally, the Commission <br />discussed options for addressing other issues raised at the August 15 <br />meting, including potential additional language regarding ballot initiative <br />200, discussion of how development agreements are approved, and <br />references to the state statute on relocation policy and how the Fire <br />District issues might be addressed. <br />2. 8:15 AM Discussion with Boulder County Commissioner Ben Perlman <br />and Staff on Issues Raised by the County at the August 15 City Council <br />Meeting – Commissioner Perlman discussed the County’s position <br />City of Louisville <br />City Manager’s Office 749 Main Street <br /> Louisville CO 80027 <br />303.335.4530 (phone) 303.335.4550 (fax) www.ci.louisville.co.us <br /> <br />
