Revitalization Commission <br />Minutes <br />DATE <br />Page 2 of 2 <br />regarding a desire to formulate an IGA to share TIF revenue. The <br />Commission directed that City staff and two members of the LRC should <br />meet with the County prior to the next LRC meeting to come up with <br />some basic points of an agreement, such as a percentage of shareback <br />over a certain period of time within the 25 year life of the TIF. Bob Tofte <br />and Rob Lathrop were designated by the Commission as LRC <br />representatives to meet with the County. The Mayor would be available <br />if one or the other was unable to attend. <br />3. Next Meeting Items – 1) Discussion/Direction on a Potential IGA with <br />Boulder County, 2) Further Discussion/Direction on Issues Raised at the <br />August 15 Urban Renewal Plan hearing <br />4. Next Meeting Date – The next scheduled meeting is to be held on <br />October 12, 2006. <br />Commissioners’ Comments – No Comments <br />Adjourn <br /> – The meeting was adjourned at 9:35 AM. <br />
