<br />Open Space Advisory Board <br />Meeting Minutes <br />August 9, 2006 <br />Louisville City Council Chambers <br />7:00 <br />PM <br />Call to Order <br /> – Vice Chairperson Michael Gheleta called the meeting to order at <br />7:00 pm. <br />Roll Call <br /> was taken and the following members were present: <br />Board Members Present: Ted Kowalski, David Waldman, Tom Davinroy, <br />Michael Gheleta, and Kate LeMere <br />Board Members Absent: Bret Harper and John Carron <br />Staff Members Present: Jeff Moline <br />Approval of Agenda <br /> – The Board approved the agenda. <br />Approval of Meeting Minutes <br />– OSAB postponed the approval of the July <br />meeting minutes until the September meeting. <br />Public Comments on topics not on the agenda <br /> – None. <br />Staff Update: <br />Jeff shared with the Board letters from the City manager of Louisville to Erie, <br />Lafayette, Superior and Boulder County to explore their interest in having the <br />CWCB pursue an instream flow water right for Coal Creek. The Board <br />commended and thanked the Staff for their progress in this regard, and <br />expressed enthusiasm for continuing to pursue this in the future. <br />Jeff provided an update on the Youth Corps work. <br />Board Update: <br />Michael indicated that he had received an email communication from the City of <br />Lafayette Open Space property about the North End property. Board members <br />indicated that Michael should respond with references to the current final plat as <br />it has taken into consideration Lafayette’s concerns.
