Deborski recused himself from the discussion regarding the requests for continuances because of his involvement with the Louisville RV & Boat Storage item. He did not leave the room. Loo moved and Sheets seconded a motion to continue the two items, Case No. 06-008-FP and Case No. 06-016-FP, to the September 14, 2006 Planning Commission meeting. Motion passed by voice vote. Regular Business – Public Hearing Items Resolution No. 25, Series, 2006, Gateway Subdivision, Replat A ?– McStain Neighborhoods. A request to rezone Lots 3 – 9 from single-family rural (SF-R) to single-family medium density (SF-MD). The request also includes a preliminary subdivision plat and a preliminary planned unit development (PUD) plan for a total of 25 single-family lots. Lots 1 and 2, approximately 4.9 acres, are planned to be dedicated to the City of Louisville’s Open Space program and are not part of the rezoning request. The notice was published in the Daily Camera on July 23, 2006. Posted in City Hall, the Public Library, the Recreation Center and the Courts and Police Department Building and mailed to the surrounding property owners on July 21, 2006. Lipton noted that additional e-mails had arrived since the distribution of the meeting packet. He explained that staff had provided each Commissioner with a set and a set had been posted on the wall of Council Chambers. He requested a motion to enter those into public record.
