He did not leave the room. <br />Loo moved and Sheets seconded a motion to continue the two items, Case No. 06-008-FP and <br />Case No. 06-016-FP, to the September 14, 2006 Planning Commission meeting. Motion passed <br />by voice vote. <br />Regular Business – Public Hearing Items <br /> Resolution No. 25, Series, 2006, Gateway Subdivision, Replat A <br />?– McStain <br />Neighborhoods. A request to rezone Lots 3 – 9 from single-family rural (SF-R) to <br />single-family medium density (SF-MD). The request also includes a preliminary <br />subdivision plat and a preliminary planned unit development (PUD) plan for a total of <br />25 single-family lots. Lots 1 and 2, approximately 4.9 acres, are planned to be <br />dedicated to the City of Louisville’s Open Space program and are not part of the <br />rezoning request. Lots 1 – 2, Gateway Subdivision; Southwest corner of South <br />Boulder and McCaslin Blvd and Lots 3 – 9, Gateway Subdivision; Southeast corner <br />of South Boulder Rd and McCaslin Blvd. Case No. 06-014-ZN/PP/PS. <br /> <br />?Applicant and Owner: McStain Neighborhoods <br /> <br />?Representative: Colleen L. Rozier, Project Manager <br /> <br />?Case Manager: Paul Wood, Planning Director and Sean McCartney, Principal Planner <br />Public Notice Certification: <br />Due to a defective public notice for the July 13 public meeting a new public notice was <br />completed for the August 14, 2006 Planning Commission meeting. <br />The notice was published in the Daily Camera on July 23, 2006. Posted in City Hall, the Public <br />Library, the Recreation Center and the Courts and Police Department Building and mailed to the <br />surrounding property owners on July 21, 2006. <br />Lipton noted that additional e-mails had arrived since the distribution of the meeting packet. He <br />explained that staff had provided each Commissioner with a set and a set had been posted on the <br />wall of Council Chambers. He requested a motion to enter those into public record.
