<br />A. Follow a person 1n or about a public place; or, <br /> <br />B. Engage in conduct or repeatedly commit acts that <br />a I arm or ser ious 1 y annoy another per son, and tha t serve no <br />legitimate purpose; or, <br /> <br />C. Initiate communication with a person, anonymously or <br />otherwise, by telephone, 1n a manner intended to harass, or <br />where in bodi I y inj ury or property damage is threa tened, or <br />wherein any comment, request, suggestion, or proposal is made <br />which is obscene: or, <br /> <br />D. Make a telephone call or cause a telephone to ring <br />repeatedly, whether or not a conversation insues, with no purpose <br />of legitimate conversation; or, <br /> <br />E. Make repeated communications at inconvenient hours <br />or in offensively course language. <br /> <br />Section 2.. The fo 110wing section is hereby added to <br /> <br />Chapter 9,32, Title 9 of the Louisville Municipal Code: <br /> <br /> <br />9.32.050 <br />Use of Fighting Words <br />It 1S unlawful for any person to insult, taunt, or <br />challenge another person in a manner likely to provoke a violent <br />or disorderly response.
