<br /> rr-'/ ~j c.,,;;< r'7 <br /> LEASE AGREEMENT <br /> THIS LEASE AGREEMENT, entered into this 21st day of <br />February, 1984, by and between the City of Louisville, a Colorado <br />municipal corporation, hereinafter called "CITY" and the Louisville <br />Historical Commission, a City chartered agency which is a nonprofit <br />corporation, hereinafter called "COMMISSION". In consideration of the <br />following mutual covenants and conditions, the parties agree as <br />follows: <br /> 1. CITY shall lease to the COMMISSION the real property, <br />buildings and appurtenances described on Exhibit "A" attached to the <br />lease and made a part hereof by reference. Said lease shall begin <br />February 2l, 1984 and continue for a term of twenty-five years, <br />subject to the terms and conditions as set forth. <br /> 2 . The COMMISSION shall pay to the CITY the sum of $25.00 <br />as rent for the full term hereof along with providing additional <br />consideration as set forth in this Lease. <br /> 3 . Said premises shall be used for a museum and like <br />historical purposes and the COMMISSION shall use the premises for no <br />other purposes whatsoever unless the express written consent of th e <br />CITY has been first obtained. In the event that the COMMI~SION <br />ceases to use the premises for the above described purposes, this <br /> - <br />Lease shall terminate and the COMMISSION shall immediately vacate <br />the premises. <br /> 4 . The COMMISSION may at their sole cost and expense, make <br />such changes, alterations or improvements as ma.y be necessary to fit <br />said premises for the use set forth herein and all improvements of <br />every kind and nature whatever installed by the COMMISSION shall <br /> . ~ <br />
